We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Queretaro. The location was unbeatable, very close to the center of town in the historic downtown area. The hotel had a beautiful large courtyard in the center, as well as smaller courtyards throughout the compound. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with spotless tile floors and very clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a huge parking lot at the back and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we accidentally booked the wrong date. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
